The Space:

Beachside Paradise - located in South Ponte Beach FL is right below Jacksonville, FL. and a short drive to historic St Augustine Florida, the oldest city in the USA.



The entire home was beautifully remodeled in 2022, featuring all-new furnishings, updated flooring, fresh paint, modern kitchen appliances, and a reimagined upstairs floor plan. The upgrades extend outdoors as well, with a spacious new deck, a paver walkway steps to the beach, an outdoor shower, a cozy firepit, and even a putting green for added fun and relaxation.



This home's front entrance is flat and main living area is on the ground floor w/ 2 bedrooms and full bathroom on ground floor. Perfect for handicapped guests or anyone with difficulty to get upstairs. This home boasts great ocean views located on a pristine stretch of Florida coastline between Ponte Vedra Beach and St Augustine.



The ground floor is the main living area with a very open floor plan, featuring a huge Family Room, Dining Area, Kitchen, and even a breakfast bar; all with plenty of windows to enjoy the panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Also, on the ground floor there is an oceanfront bedroom (Bedroom 3) with a queen-sized bed and its own sliding glass doors that leads straight out to the deck. As soon as you wake up you’ll see the beautiful sunrise and the great Atlantic Ocean. Lucky few will spot dolphins jumping out of the water and pelicans diving to catch their fish of the day.



Lastly, bedroom 4 is often called the “Kids Room”, which includes two twin sized beds. They will enjoy looking for shark’s teeth and seashells, building sandcastles, boogie boarding, surfing, or even surf fishing.

Check out the new kitchen, with its completely overhauled beautiful new countertops, cabinets, and most importantly, appliances! 



 The deck includes areas perfect for sunbathing, a small-shaded space, putting green, firepit and of course, a grill! From the deck, it’s only a few steps down to the beach, and the waves and sand that await you.



Upstairs there are TWO master bedrooms, each with their own full private bathrooms, king sized beds, and a shared access beach front balcony! Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2. When you get to the top of the stairs to your left is a full bathroom right off the 1st Bedroom. This bedroom has a King size bed and a shared balcony to enjoy the view and ocean breezes. The 2nd bedroom to the right of the stairs is the Master Suite with a king size bed, full en-suite bathroom and it also has a shared balcony with the Bedroom 1.



Imagine stepping from your bedroom onto your balcony and soaking up the famous Florida sunrise!



Special note for our disabled friends and people who don’t much care for climbing steps! The entire first floor is handicap 'Friendly' Please note that is not fully ADA Compliant. All the common living areas, the two downstairs bedrooms, and a full bathroom (with a convenient walk-in shower stall) are all on ground floor level. However, this is a 2-story unit with no elevator! Other than the two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs, everything else is on the ground floor.



This vacation home has everything you need for the perfect vacation, private beach access, a fully equipped kitchen, free high speed wireless internet, board games, YouTube TV in the main living. You will find the furniture in the Living Room more than comfortable and perfect for a home on the beach, great for relaxing and spending time with family and friends. 



After a day or two to just unwind at the beach, you may want to try this: Drive south for about 10 minutes and you will be in historic St Augustine, 'The Oldest City in America'. Here you can tour the original 400+ year old fort, take a horse and carriage tour, or check out the shops on famous St. George Street. St. Augustine offers restaurants from family style on a pier to gourmet restaurants. There's plenty of family fun sightseeing, dining, shopping and recreation!

Guest Access:

This is a single family oceanfront home! The guests have the entire home, front and back yards, beach access and even a garage. It's your own private space on the beach!



The Neighborhood:

I love this area because it feels so private. At the same time you are about 5 minutes from 3 great restaurants, about 12 to 15 minutes from the heart of St Augustine and 18 minutes or so from Ponte Vedra (an upscale area) with top golf courses (TPC at Sawgrass) and restaurants such as Ruth`s Chris and other fine eateries.



Getting Around:

We highly recommend having a vehicle available. Public transportation is not really an option.



Other Things to Note:

This home is not ADA compliant, yet with the common living areas being on the ground floor, it is great for people that cannot navigate stairs. The large deck runs the length of the home with the best of both worlds; a sunny area for the sun worshipers and a nice shaded area under the upstairs balcony. Speaking of the balcony, it`s a great place for your morning coffee overlooking the beach and the Great Atlantic Ocean with the porpoises jumping and the pelicans sky-diving for their breakfast. Very entertaining!



Interaction with Guests:

We are always available if and when a guest needs us. We make it easy and safe, using a unique lock code with the guests chooses for the electronic door lock. We don`t require that you stop by our office or make you meet us at the home for access. We LOVE our guests and we are there IF needed, otherwise it`s your vacation and we stay out of your way.
