I paid for 3 nights but left after the 2nd. That was enough. The only high point was the helpful girl at breakfast on the 2nd day. Problems included: A. Plague of insects, especially in bathroom B. Spider webs and spiders hanging from ceilings C. Had to defrost freezer so I could use it D. Mini bar price list supposed to be in front of compendium but it wasn’t E. Front door steps and balconies look like they’ve never been cleaned F. was missing bathroom linen when I checked-in G. Tv channels kept blinking on and off and subtitle option not working at all H. Only way to get hot water in shower is to turn off the cold water tap completely I. Dirty furniture in room J. Breakfast was booked (by staff) for the wrong time - 8.30 instead of 9.30. K. Gardens poorly maintained

We had an accessible room. It was a good size and bathroom met the requirements of a person with mobility issues. It had a roll-in shower and toilet with grabrails. Walker could easily move around the room. Some gravel on driveway was a little challenging for getting to/from car, but car was only a few level meters from your door

We really enjoyed our time at Tuscany Estates, our host, Jayne was amazing, she made the experience even better with her friendliness and expertise knowledge of the area. The views were something special and to see Kangaroos in their natural environment kept us entertained for ages. Finally the dining was something special, the menu choices and reasonable prices made the whole experience even better.

So peaceful and comfortable
I had a lovely room with a relaxing, quiet view over the vineyards. Apparently, the kangaroos prefer the olive groves early in the morning!! Apart from a very peaceful and comfortable stay I thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting and the associated restaurant (the Mill) was fabulous. Highly recommend
