Staff were all very helpful and friendly! Room was dated and dark with old everything and not as clean as a hotel should be. For the price it was no sufficient!

No airport shuttle at night. Room was a little run down. Dirty in corners. Had to use a towel to be able to stand in the tub to take a shower. Staff had a mixed attitude. There is no way to buy water unless you use a vending machine. Staff was dismissive and said they had water only for reward members and I could cross the street to buy at a convenience store, with a small child, after dark and in freezing temperatures. The restaurant next to the hotel was very convenient and food was of good quality. Our server Chris was outstanding and very professional.
