The room was not what it looked like in the picture, although it had a jetted tub, the jet were filthy, the beed sheets had small stains, the room had no bottle water. The heat worked really. If the room was cleaned the way it was supposed to be our stay wouldn't have been bad.

We went 5 hr trip to visit Mom in senior home. Spent the night at America’s (Worst) Best Hotel. Room was decent size for price: Not Clean at all. Found a (down below hair) while pulling sheets back. Around the TV was all sticky. Bathtub (jets) had hair in them and in tub bottom. (We did not take bath or shower). The bathroom door had a huge crack just above the handle. Looked like someone broke into the bathroom. Bath Door also had been all chewed up at the bottom by an animal that must have been locked in the bathroom while owners went away. Coffee on the wall above the bathroom garbage pail. TV kept cutting out of service. Furniture was beat up & old looking. Stain on furniture was coming off a good 1/2 inch all around the bed frame. Freezer had iced up at least 1/2. Cheese left in fridge from a previous customer. We left much earlier than needed. Definately will not go back. Very disappointed. Person at the desk did their job at signing us in. Not friendly.

Do not stay here. Not clean or safe.

The room had not been cleaned properly prior to our stay. The floor was sticky. There were stains on the sheets of the bed. There was a very strong odor (smelled like dirty diapers). The toilet was really gross, stained, and discolored, along with the shower. The room we stayed in did not look as nice as the photos online. Only one of the 3 lights in the hotel worked. The door to the hotel room is bent as if it has been broken into before. There was no dead bolt on the door. There were also some sketchy looking folks in the parking lot doing god knows what. My boyfriend and I did not feel safe or comfortable in this hotel.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was a decent, toast, coffe, juices options. I would not have felt comfortable eating anything cooked there. Room was... Well. It wasn't clean. Walls had what looked like food or idk, I don't wanna think about it. Splatters of stuff everywhere. Carpet was very stained, bathroom floors were sticky. Shower stall was thick with soap scum. Moldy ceilings. Bedding seemed clean, still used my own. Pillows were gross, I used my own. For $100 it was a safe and quiet place to sleep, but I definitely showered in the morning and went to laundromat to wash everything right away.... You get what you pay for.

The lobby smelled funny. Once we got to our room, it was completely gross and disgusting. Cobwebs all the way around the ceiling. The chair in the room was filthy and smelled funny. The bathroom celing was falling down, and brown crud behind the toliet on the fllor, gobs of hair in the drain of the bath tub. The pictures were nothing like the property. We left and went somewhere else.

Not worth being a customer

After an 8 hour drive to attend a local wedding with 45 minutes to check in, get dressed and leave for venue, we were informed that our room was not yet ready and would take an additional 30 minutes to prepare. Nicely explained that, that would not work due to wedding starting in 45 minutes. This was met with complete unprofessionalism and excuses about non English speaking colleagues. I proceeded to tell her that means nothing to a paying customer who is attempting to check in after check in time. “Kim” whom just processed my payment became disrespectful displaying nasty attitude opposed to helping solve the issue or offering lobby bathrooms as a changing space so we could be on our way. Wife and I changed into a suit and evening gown and were provided a key to our room 45 minutes after check in. Incompetent and Ignorant staff!

Breakfast was mediocre. The fruit was apples. The parking was perfect. There were marijuana smokers around the hotel. We asked for our room to be cleaned, but the housekeeper just left us the same towels. She didn't make the bed. She put the sheets on an armchair and left. There was no toilet paper. There were dead and live flies in the room.

The walls need to be clean including the fixtures. I used a wash cloth just to wipe things down and it was very dirty. Left over trash from previous tenant. Parking was fine. Glad my stay was for only one night.

The room smelled of cigarettes. There were blunts on the railing outside my room. There was blood on the comforter. There was no toilet paper left on the roll and no extra rolls of toilet paper in the room. There were only 3 pillows.
