I recently stayed at this hotel in their deluxe suite and was extremely disappointed. The room was filthy, with dust everywhere, including the ceiling fan with 1/2inch of dirt on it . The carpet was dirty hasn’t been vacuumed for the longest time and there were stains on the bed sheets and pillows. After I complained, they changed my room, but the second room was just as bad—filthy and unacceptable ceiling fan had just as much dust and the carpet was just as dirty It was a terrible experience the sofa bed was so dirty and also undone sheets wrapped up and shoved in. I do not recommend staying here it is NOT HEALTHY The pictures showing on their site are false advertising Do not believe what you see I took pictures of everything from both rooms.However, I do want to acknowledge that Daniel front desk, was very understanding friendly and cooperative, and I respect that. The general manager of this hotel should make a little bit more effort and check his property before he delivers it to families and clients.

The bed was hard as a rock. Woke up with body feeling sore. Went to shower and there was no hot water. My husband and myself both work at a hospital and we had to use the microwave to heat up cups of water to wash up with. Not a good experience.

The location was fine, but the room cleanliness needs improvement. When we arrived, we noticed stains on the bedding and stains on the wall. That’s not something guests should see at check-in. Staff should make sure rooms are properly cleaned and inspected before assigning them.

The room was subpar, just blinds, no curtains, a place for curtains but were gone, phone did not work, shower had patches in it. Very noisy above us, state troopers were called there in the morning. The room was not the cleanest. Then breakfast was the worst, we felt like we were being watched by the Gustapo. Breakfast served from 7-10 am, at 8:45 the waffle batter was empty and I asked for some and was told no more for today also there was only 1 sausage left. There was several other people that came in to eat but only had a choice of cereal. The person in charge that morning was the worst, very rude. I will never stay at this motel again.

We booked there to use the hot tub and pool. The hot tub was not working. They should notify guests if this prior to arrival Also the furniture in the room 430 has seen its better days. We are expecting a full refund including the early check in as we left the hotel to find one with a working hot tub.

1 male staff in particular. I found his behavior to have been racist. He lack customer service attitude. That was my 3rd time there and I have never felt so insulted. But there are 2 lovely ladies that deserves cuddles. One is a mature lady. I met her in 2021.
