We like the hotel in general. But yesterday the hot tub was down mainly because the staff doesn’t seem to know how to operate it. We were looking forward to the hot tub and sauna and both were shut off at 6pm at night. Earlier in the week in a past stay it all worked fine. Disappointed.

Under renovations but they kept it very quiet. The heater however was very loud and there was clothes left behind in the room from the previous guest. Management did supply us with a change of room. Comfort was good and staff were helpful.

The room was clean. The staff were mostly pleasant, aside from one receptionist. Maybe he was tired. We'll give him a pass. The breakfast was outstanding!!! My wife and I enjoyed our spa experience as well. Good times.
