I guess I was expecting the room to be amazing for the price that was charged. I understand that you are paying for the convenience of downtown. The bureau was dusty. There was a bottle cap on the floor, not sure when the last time that the floor under the bed was swept. Plus I thought it was unusual that they didn’t even have free bottles of water in the room..

Great location and friendly reception. Room mattress old and too worn. There was a very strong mold smell from visible ceiling leak. Also did not like ants on dresser or mouse visit.

The hotel is ok, we had 2 rooms, and in both rooms in the morning there was not hot water, and bottles with body soaps were empty. The staff was excellent, helpful and polite, but what they could do when you are already taking shower?! Beside that hidden charges were unexpected. We might missed the info online.

The front desk staff members were very nice and friendly. Our room was clean with a balcony facing the parking lot. The location of the hotel is insane, walking distance to everything! We didn’t take our car out once!

The check in was a bit busy but get that it was a busy weekend. We've stayed before and it's usually early. We were on the bottom floor and the carpet going down and at bottom was pretty bad. The chair in our room had some stains on it. I'm chalking it up to end of a busy summer. I have nothing against PRIDE but thought it was very odd to have a flag hanging inside off the railing in the lobby.

Had a wonderful stay, the location is so convenient. The room was so spacious. Bernadette is so friendly, they also brought bandaids to my room. I can’t wait to rebook this hotel for next year for a longer stay!!
