Hotel is well located. Rooms comfortable but a little dated especially in the bathroom- limescale and marks. The toilet made the most weird grinding sound after flushing. I reported it so hopefully fixed. I’ve stayed here before-great staff and good location just shop around on price. Hotels.com often cheaper than direct booking. Register your email for rewards at the hotel and get 2 free drinks

Staff were courteous. Room was small, dated and a noisy due to water pipes and I guess heating. Noisy inconsiderate neighbours with slamming doors on their way in and out at all hours. We did however have a city view as booked.

The room was clean but the heating wasn’t on at night. There was also the sound of a motor running. A member of staff supplied ear plugs when requested. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel should warn people that there is a problem with parking to book in.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Stay From Start to Finish I had an excellent experience during my recent stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Check‑in was quick and effortless, and every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the small touches—like quality toiletries, plenty of charging outlets, and a well‑stocked hospitality tray. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, keeping everything fresh without being intrusive. Breakfast was another highlight. There was a great variety of options, all well-prepared, and the dining area had a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to start the day on a positive note. The location couldn’t have been better—close enough to walk to key attractions, yet quiet enough to feel like a retreat. I also loved the hotel’s attention to detail, from the stylish décor to the calm, welcoming ambiance throughout the building. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations.
