Amazing Views, Needs some TLC
The view cannot be beat. It is breathtaking. The house is huge. For any traveler considering it though, I'd offer a few cautions. It is hot. No AC on the main level makes it very hot inside. The windows do not have screens, so you take the chance on bugs, animals, and birds coming in if you try to get a breeze. There are also no curtains on several windows. The home is also lacking some basics we've found with other VRBOs. No washcloths, no paper towels, coffee filters (and the pot is gross), no toaster, no trash bags. The kitchen items are very old and in rough shape. The fridge handles are busted off, but it kept the beer cold!. The laundry units smell terrible, so I'd recommend running a bleach load through first. The dryer handle and controls are also busted.
The place is also full of bugs, so if you are looking to keep any food items safe, you must bring or buy sealing containers.
The pool tiles are very rough looking, and the infinity tiles are about 30% missing or broken.
This place could be epic. Truly. Its cute from afar, but far from cute.
Believe it or not, I'd still recommend it based on price and location. Its stunning. Just lower your expectations, and stock up on lacking supplies before you go. And expect to sweat.
