The entire staff was amazing and very professional. They always greeted me were very polite. I felt like I was at home. The breakfast buffet was amazing, you had so much to choose from. The little snacks and hot coffee always fresh. They even made little travel bags up for you. I highly recommend this hotel and I will always stay there when I am up in that area.

The only thing I feel was a tad short of a perfect stay was the hot tub was like warm. Maybe 15 degrees higher than the pool. It served its purpose and I was able to stretch in 80/90 degree water but I would have preferred 95/100

Camden at the reception was awesome as usual, the only issue we had was that the pillows were awfully uncomfortable, very disappointing

Stayed on the fifth floor and the elevator overheated due to the kids going up and down. The wifi was not working at one point and when they fixed it you could only use one device in the room. Very inconvenient when you have more than one person that needs to use the wifi. Housekeeping trying to get into the room without knocking not once but twice. Then blamed front desk for telling them we had checked out. The front desk had no idea what the housekeeper said as she did not have me checked out. The phone in the room was not working.

My Stay Was Awsome Karen and Staff Were Great!!! My Favorite Room Was Reserved For Me And Always Had A Great View Of The Sunset Everynight. Great Selection Of Continental Breakfast Every Morning. Can't Wait Til My Next Visit.

Very nice rooms, coffee is 24/7. We were visiting family in the area so we didn't try the breakfast. Slept good on the plush mattress with plenty of room in our king bed.

We had a joining room and ended up locking ourselves out of one of them.And the guy at the front desk came and helped us for twenty or thirty minutes.And we finally got back in great place to stay.We stay there every time we come to plattsburgh

We’ve been staying in Plattsburgh for years, this was our first stay at this hotel (other hotels in the area are declining). From now on, it’s the only place we will stay. It was clean, easy check in/out, and quiet. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful and nice. It’s a little more expensive than other hotels in the area but you truly get what you pay for.
