I told them we got married that day and they had rose petals and a nice bottle of wine and two glasses for us. We got a room on the end so the sunset view in the morning was gorgeous! It was clean and a big room for an incredible rate!

Best motel experience I have had. Staff was friendly and came quickly when called despite my not being able to check in until 1 a.m. The room had some wear but was comfortable, clean, and everything worked as it should. The location is very easy to get to and the views of the lake are very nice. I would recommend staying here even if it was more expensive, but since it was not, I would recommend staying here over any of the alternatives in Plattsburgh.

Very clean room with polite and courteous staff.Easy to check in, front desk let me check in 4 hours early which is always a plus The girl who does the cleaning should teach and instruct other cleaning staff in and around Plattsburgh NY. She does a phenomenal job. I had a room on the 2nd floor with beautiful views of Lake Champlain, minutes from the public beach, restaurants and the interstate.

The owner is extremely nice and helpful. He worked with travel healthcare workers like myself, and gave a fair rate to me every time. Exceptional service 10/10 would recommend a stay here if you’re ever in Plattsburgh. Oh and the beach right behind the lodging is so cute lol

Room was fabulous. Very clean and bed was great. Bathroom was clean and shower good/ hot water great. Needs a shelf or some type of station in shower to hold soap/shampoo and conditioner off of floor. Room comes with a coffee maker but didn't come with coffee or coffee cups. Minor things but it would be helpful to the traveler.

Perfectly fine for the price

Typical motel room with coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Right on the lake which was a bonus. I have a quiet and comfortable night. Above expectations for the price.

Room and motel in general was run down. Room was dirty and there were hardly a power outlet to be found. Bed seemed comfortable, slept well.
