Was not impressed with the staff when i first walked in. Told me to wait so they could finish a text on there phone and then never explained where my room was or times or location for anything. The place is really run down and outdated. The only great things was the pool and hot tub! Breakfast was not very accommodating as there wasnt many options. Also, everyone was put on the first floor and walls are very thin, could hear cars running outside and neighboring people just talking in the next room. Overall it was clean but could have been better as towles had a orange tint to them. You get what you pay for. Not a high end hotel if you are looking for luxury.

The hotel room was clean and fine. But, there needed to be repairs done inside and outside the room. The lock on the door did not work completely. The vending machines did not work. Structurally outside, the building just needs to be taken care of. Plants need to be taken care of. There is crumbling concrete around outside. The exterior needs some TLC.

shoed up to check in only to find out that they had CANCELLED our reservation due to OVERBOOKING??? Apparently we were not the only one. No hotels left in the whole town because it was parents weekend at my daughters college. sat in the lobby for over an hour trying to chat with expedia over the app. Left to go back to her dorm room and staff called that they FOUND a room for us. The hotel was great, the experience was AWFUL!!! How can that happen when you book 3mo in advance and pay for it and have a conf# ??? makes absolutely no sense!!

All of the staff we interacted with were great… front desk very helpful. Breakfast folks great. However we did request housekeeping services twice during our three day stay and received no housekeeping services. The room had a lot of water damage but it was a nice hotel for the price. We did buy an extra lamp bc there wasn’t enough lighting in the room. The breakfast was great and that staff went above and beyond.

It's OK for a short stay. There were a few issues i wasn't happy with. 1. Rooms & hallways dimly lit, property hasnt been updated in years. 2. Rooms on West side of building subject to highway noise (you're about 500 ft from the Northway). Even with the AC on, its still noisy from passing vehicles. 3. Room had a musty smell. 4. No facial tissues, dirty towel found hanging on bathroom door.

Over all don’t ever book with them.

I went to check the room and it was dirty, smelled like cigarettes and you can barely breathe in there. There was moisture as if they had previously had a flood in the room. I didn’t even stay at the hotel and now they refusing to refund me for there nastiness.

Desk chair had stains as did the reading chair. The bottom drawer of the dresser wouldn't close and the paint on the back of the door in the bathroom was blistered and the door had water damage. Carpet felt dirty on bare feet. We were supposed to be in a deluxe room, but it definitley didn't feel that way.
