Great hotel

The Concourse is a very nice hotel located near city hall. It is walkable to State St and the lake front. The room was big. Bed comfortable. We liked the governor level club. The food was good and the service was great! The bar in the lobby was nice. The drinks and food were great! The front desk person was kind but not very informative.

Would’ve been great

I didn’t spend a lot of time in my room, but the times I was in there, I noticed it was very warm and stuffy. I told a staff member and he “looked into it”. Just set the AC lower. I called the front desk and they sent a maintenance man. He replaced a part and said it should be fixed. It wasn’t. By the time I got back to my room at 2am, it was still hot and stuffy. Told the front desk guy when I left and he just apologized and didn’t say much about it. The rest of the room was great! Clean and modern.
