Checking in was quick, efficient, and the cost was exactly as I was quoted from Expedia when I reserved it. The facility is a bit dated, especially inside. The halls and rooms are fairly dirty and not kept up very well. There was police activity when we checked in which made my wife and I a bit unsettled.

The check in was quick and efficient with the cost of the 1 night stay exactly as I was quoted from my reservation with Expedia. The facility was a bit dated and dirty inside. The staff did not speak English real well so communication was a bit of a challenge when checking in.

Curtain was falling off on one side. Broken. Need more fixing and maintenance. Not bad though. They had one clerk for check in for Morgan Wallen concert. They were not prepared for that. It took over an hour to check in, no early, or pre check in. Needed more staff. Messed up my pre game plans. Vending machine broken. Ate my dollar and no choices. No free coffee etc in the morning.

DO NOT STAY HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE EVEN IF IT COSTS MORE. The price was low, but you get what you pay for. It started with a rude person at check-in and got worse from there. When the person told me there was no breakfast, just coffee, I told her that the web site said there was a breakfast. She just scowled and repeated "no breakfast." The place is old and run-down, there's trash all over the parking lot, and the entire facility seems unsafe. The room smelled musty when I walked in, and when I tried to turn on the heat, the fumes were suffocating. It smelled like diesel fuel, so I figured I was better off cold than dead. The shower temp. kept changing dramatically, and in my friend's room, there was no bathtub, so the water ran all over the place, including into the hallway. It was only one night, but I could not get out of there fast enough.

The room was clean and check-in went relatively smoothly. There was no continental breakfast as I thought there would be. The wifi connection was spotty. The lamp on our desk had 1 burnt out light bulb and the other bulb was very dim. I think the fridge in our room was broken or perhaps just unpluggged, but it was warm and had a pretty bad odour to it. Nothing was a major deal but there is room for improvement.
