The staff did not seem to care about our broken remote control. There was a very loud customer in the next room at night while we were trying to sleep. It was mainly the TV, but my wife even knocked on the door to ask for them to turn it down (to no avail). Perhaps that customer was hard of hearing, but the problem is really thin walls.

Terrible experience. Bed hard as a rock. Many items out of stock at breakfast. The English muffins and bagels were hard, inedible. Tried to get a refund, the owner said since I didn't tell them right away, they wouldn't give it to me. I got in at 10pm and was exhausted. Apparently I was supposed to wake up and find another place to stay in the middle of the night? I came to the front desk asking for a refund right when I was confronted with the bad breakfast. You just can't do this to people. The rooms are clean, they have a fridge, it seems like a good deal. But if you want to sleep well, and have a decent breakfast to fuel your day, look somewhere else. Going to contact the Better Business Bureau. The refund denial tipped the scales for me.
