The staff was friendly and efficient, always making us feel welcome. Francisco was especially accommodating to our small requests and was eager to please. Our room was spacious and featured a coffeemaker, small refrigerator and large TV, with more than enough channels. There were plenty of towels and toiletries, including a hairdryer. The 2 queen beds were comfortable and each had at least 4 pillows. Overall the room was fresh and clean. We enjoyed our 2 day stay at this property and will look forward to returning here for future visits in this area. Thanks for great lodging here!

Didn’t have breakfast. The coffee late machine wasn’t working. The hallways during the day were dark half the lights were out. Some of the windows around the pool were cloudy “ Thermopane” they need to be replaced. The hand held shower would not stay in any position it was placed in. The room door needs adjustment it was difficult to close.

There was no free breakfast but there was a restaurant in the hotel. The elevator was a long walk from the lobby and when on the 2nd floor, there was no signing to where the elevator was. We actually passed it twice carrying our bags. They need better signing for the guests to find their way around esp. since the hotel is built as a square and you can keep walking in circles.

Overall the room was clean. I was placed in the basement level room next to an exit. The room was clean. No carpet it’s flooring and fluorescent lighting. They need to upgrade the hotel. Overall, the room was clean and it was quiet.
