This is a great hotel in a rather run down town. The staff was very helpful in providing us with everything we needed and gave us good recommendations in the town. The hotel is very creative and comfortable in how they used its space. We were very content, including our dog.

A great hotel

It is a great hotel that we always want to return to. The only setback is that the outside noise is not blocked as well as I would’ve hoped. From the sound of it, Pittsfield must be filled with bikers and street racers?

Hotel with Character & A Great Steakhouse

This hotel has a lot more character than chain places on the highway, and parking was easy in the lot behind the hotel. Staff was friendly and efficient, the rooms were large and well-decorated, and the restaurant on the ground floor was top-notch.
