The accommodation were exactly as described and I had no problem with the condition of the room. Everything was neat and tidy. I didn't utilize the cable, but the internet ran extremely well and was perfect for when I was using it for work. There were plenty of towels and the refrigerator was in proper working order. All in all, a great stay if you're looking to be on the outskirts of Pittsfield.

This is a "last Millenium" motel that's been very nicely renovated. I didn't use the pool but it seemed to be in very good shape. Some of the woodwork could use some touching up. the wall-mounted AC is sometimes a bit noisy, but very effective. There are no great lodging bargains in Pittsfield in the summer, but this place is worth consideration if you're looking to save a bit.

6/10 Okay

The staff members were very nice. It was one of the more affordable places in Pittsfield, but it needs some work. My wife is very sensitive to mold, and she had problems sleeping. I would recommend some upgrades. I don't think they offer breakfast or coffee, and I didn't see any diners within a short walking distance.

The hotel is aging & little dated - there are gaps and cracks in the room and baseboards. overall, the hotel room was clean. Our room was the very end towards neighborhood. A bit noisier than expected. There is a fridge but no coffee pot in the room.

The room, and everything in it, was clean, functional and well maintained. The two nights stay was very good. The building, and specifically the door and its handle-lock system can use some facelift. Still, this did not affect our satisfaction from the stay. However, we did not get the courtesy expected during check-in at a lodging place. The person at the counter didn't seem to care much if we are there or not. We were left with some bitter taste.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
From start to finish, I had a terrible experience with this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. Checking in, the office had an unpleasant smell and the staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The first room I was offered smelled overwhelmingly of smoke and Febreeze. The second was equally musty. The area surrounding the hotel felt unsafe as well. Staff was unwilling to refund what I paid for this overpriced room, but I ultimately decided to stay at the Best Western down the road, where I had a great experience for the same rate. This place felt too unsafe, unsanitary, and uncomfortable to stay.
