This cabin sleeps up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus one sleeper sofa.

There is parking enough for 4 vehicles in front of the cabin.

Our favorite activities for families are Dixie Stampede, Dollywood, and the Junior Ranger program with the Smoky Mountains. Plus the excellent fishing and hiking!

We provide your first needed items such as dish soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. Depending on use you may want to buy some from the grocery store.

If there is anything needed during your stay we are available through the VRBO platform.

This is a newly built community so there may be construction vehicles on the block during your stay.

Access: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code the day of arrival.

Outdoor grill: A park style grill is available for your us. We do not provide charcoal or lighter fluid. Please make sure to put ash inside the provided ash can.

Animals: There are animals and bears in the area. If you encounter a bear or another animal do not feed or try to approach them.

Trash: Please place all trash in the trash can outside the cabin. Be aware that trash not in trash can will attract animals of all sizes!

Guest booking the property needs to be 25 years of age or older and sign a rental agreement. The link will be provided after booking.

We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.

If you plan to party do not book this cabin. This is our home and you must treat it with respect.

This is a NON SMOKING cabin. If you smoke inside the cabin you will be charged $300, plus the increase in cleaning fee, plus any damages.

Pet Policy:
We understand that pets are also members of the family, at this time we only allow dogs in our cabins.
-We allow up to 2 well trained (crate-trained and house-trained) dogs, each less than 50 lbs.
-Guest must notify the host of the dog(s), select that they are bringing a pet when booking, and pay a $160 pet fee.
-No pets are allowed on the furniture.
-Do not leave the pet alone in the cabin. Pets must be crated when not supervised.
-Guest agrees to clean up after the pet(s) both inside the cabin and outside of the cabin.
-Guest must keep the pet quiet from disturbing others in the neighborhood.
-Guest understands that they are responsible for any damages the pet causes.
-Do not sneak in any pets. Sneaking a pet, sneaking a dog without paying the fees, or sneaking a pet beyond one additional pet will result in a $500 fee and you will be asked to vacate the property.

There are security cameras on the property for your safety. All cameras are located on the outside of the home. One is located at the front door pointing out toward the parking area. And the second is located on the back of the home on the band board of the deck pointed away from the home to a public space.

The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. No children under the age of 18 permitted at anytime without adult supervision. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub at your own risk!

Absolutely NO fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $200 plus damages.

Do NOT lean or hang on the railings.
