This was probably the best hotel we have stayed at, only giving 4 stars because the elevator situation as well as the hot breakfast was not ideal. We had to wait 5-10 minutes each time to get on an elevator because one of the 3 was not working and the hotel was packed. The breakfast was delicious but there wasn’t enough for people. Maybe it was just a popular hotel on a popular weekend but it was busy. We had a great time other than that! We will definitely come back again!!

We had an amazing stay at the Pigeon Forge location. For such a busy week, the staff was courteous, and attentive. My only negative is that we did ask for a daily room refresh and despite it being noted in our account, there was some sort of communication disconnect with the housekeeping staff and we needed to ask for more towels and a refresh. However, the desk supervisor did offer to reimburse a portion of our last night’s stay for the inconvenience and not meeting expectations, which I felt was very generous! We will absolutely stay at this location again the next time we travel to Tennessee!

The room was adequate. Staff were friendly. It seemed that the May have been understaffed. It was quite busy. A lot of mess left untouched around the pool/lounge area. The little things matter. Dead plants in the landscape boxes around the pool area, no fire pits were on at night. The chlorine was so high in the pool, the pool room reeked of bleach. Too many kids. The hotel should set up adult times for the hot tub. 2 hours in the am, and 2 hours in the pm for adults only. The breakfast was good, dinner appetizers were good. Convenient location.

I stayed at the Drury in Orlando before and I loved it. That’s why I booked this hotel for 5 nights this time. The location was great. The hotel was new and spotless. However there are things need to be improved. Breakfast was good but stayed exactly the same for the five mornings we were there. The first 4 days, housekeeping only emptied the trash and provided clean towels. They didn’t make bed or clean anything ( floor, bathroom…). After we talked to the front desk, on the fifth day housekeeping did the above things plus making the beds but didn’t clean anything. We had to ask for toilet paper on the last day. If this is how your housekeeping works, then we probably won’t be back. The dinner snacks were a nice touch and much appreciated. But the room tidiness is much more important for us.
