overall impression was good. Need new remote controls for all TV's. Two remotes were bad and one worked. did not really need them but would have been nice in the evening. Need to fix the fireplace in the living room. does not work.

We enjoyed our stay at Rushing Water. The condo was well stocked with everything needed to cook, relax and sleep comfortably. We had a tiny issue with cleaning and the owner responded super quickly and handled it immediately. We loved the location. It is very convenient to all things Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Having the water behind the condo was a pleasant treat to enjoy both in the mornings and evenings. We are looking forward to staying again in the future!!

Some amenities that was posted at the time didnt wasnt there. Elevator was down till the day before we checked out (with our elders that was hard ). And day 2 fire alarm wasset off by someone working there that was loud and unexpected. Room was clean, great location, great price. Definitely stay there again. The river view was everyones favorite

We had a wonderful family vacation! This unit was perfect for our family! We love the location, it is close by all shopping and restaurants. The best unit we have rented so far! The room was clean and supplied with everything needed for a weekend trip! Our host responded quickly when I had questions before booking and the ease of checking in and out is a plus!! We had a very relaxing stay at the Cedar Lodge Rushing Water Retreat! The condo was decorated lovely for Christmas. It was clean and had everything we needed. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The convenience of being right at the stairs on the 1st floor (technically the 2nd since you park under the building) was awesome! Parking under the building was great especially when loading and unloading in the rain. We loved the ice maker in the frig/freezer. It was the bomb! The host was awesome! I had a few questions during our stay and she answered promptly. I will definitely return!

We enjoyed gathering with family from three states in the relaxing comfort of the condo. The view from the balcony was lovely, and the sound of the river was refreshing. We had plenty of room for the 6 adults and 9-month-old. It was like a home away from home. Our daughter arrived early and was allowed to check in early for our granddaughter’s nap. (The response was very fast.) My sister’s only request was to go to the Stampede. We were delighted to discover it was only a four-minute walk away! My son-in-law was able to find some trails not too far away, and several family members enjoyed that. The location was perfect for us.

We really enjoyed our stay. There were a few issues. The dishwasher would not clean the dishes unless you put the pods in the bottom of the dishwasher. If you put it in the spot where it goes, it would not clean the dishes. One of the recliners would not let out. Otherwise it was a good stay. Our grandkids really loved the river and seeing the ducks and geese. The condo is beautiful.
