Great location. Rooms were good but could do with a bit of tlc especially in the bathrooms. We had like warm water most of the time which was fine. Shower area could have done with a bit of a deep clean and some minor maintenance but was absolutely fine. Large spacious bedroom and good aircon. Breakfast was good. Limited selection of fruit and meats/cheeses but cooked to order eggs, pancakes and Cambodian dishes which were all very good. Plentiful

Great location. Easy to walk to main attractions or staff quickly got taxi. Property fantastic and staff were all really quick to help and friendly.

Easy to please Solo-traveler. I booked a Luxury Suite at the Peridot for 4 nights in August and the room was clean and had no noticeable issues as far as I was concerned. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Hot/cold water may be a problem for some, but not for me. Remember, you are in Vietnam! Location is placed nicely as well. There is a Circle K just across the intersection for your basic needs. Plenty of places to grab a bite or drink within short walking distance and the traffic in the immediate vicinity is easy to get around. The breakfast and dinner dining experience is similar to fine dining and I was never disappointed. Menu is a mix of local and Western cuisine. The wait staff is very attentive and service was fast. I did not utilize the spa/pool, but I did spend quite a bit of time at the bar on the 12th floor and the service was awesome! I enjoyed my time spent with the bar staff. The views from the balconies are a nice touch although the plants can use a bit of trimming. I would highly recommend the Peridot Classic Hotel to anyone who is looking for a clean hotel with all the amenities that a solo/couple traveler may want/need.

Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.
