This was a spacious and comfortable room in Phuket Town in an excellent location. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There are lots of useful shops just outside the lobby. The pool is a rare find in the Old Town and the gym has amazing equipment and is super clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Terrific location booked for one night to visit the market but stayed for second night as well. Junior suite is very spacious and well appointed. It says 9minute walk to market but in reality the market spreads to the hotel with some stalls in the road the hotel is on. The whole town is buzzing on a Sunday night. Owl cafe 100 metres away is a hoot (sorry)

Great hotel centrally in old town Phuket. The neighbourhood is decayed, but thats the charm of "Old Town". The staff are fantastic. Only one detraction: the bathroom has the worst hot water service of any hotel I've been in, in 50 years. The shower was tepid at best, wet shaving was a trial. If you can live with this, as we did, you will have a great time

We bounced all around Thailand for a trip recently, and this was definitely one of my favorite places to stay! Away from the crazy party area, but still great options in walking distance and a lovely market right outside with live music and local vendors sharing their art. Staff was absolutely wonderful.

Our stay was overall decent. We booked two rooms, and my friends mentioned that their room had an unpleasant sewer-like odor, and the bed was uncomfortable. As for our room, it was satisfactory. The location was convenient, with a shopping center within walking distance.
