An architecturally stunning hotel. Gorgeous quaint rooms. Very thin walls however and was very noisey late into the night and early in the morning. Apparently they had a large family staying and thus it was noisey. Well worth a stay however.

Best stay in Phuket old town

All I can say is WAOW!!! This was our last stop during a 20 day south east Asia trip and I truly wish we stayed here for longer. The charm and beauty of this hotel are above and beyond. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. From the location to the aesthetic - we fell in love. So many thoughtful details and amenities for their guests. Thank you Memory at on on, we will definitely be back.

This hotel was truly special and felt like we were living in history. Location is fantastic, very walkable and close to all the action, yet serene inside. Loved the complimentary tea, coffee, and local snacks. Enjoyed sitting in the common areas for some downtime. The rooms on the ground floor do not have any natural light so next time, I would request a room on a higher floor. But for one night, it was perfect.

The hotel was very close to shopping and restaurants. My room was beautifully appointed in a Chinese style and would be perfect for a romantic trip. Gigi and Jenny on reception were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved It!

Check-in was both smooth & pleasant. Room was clean & comfortable. Room & washroom amenties were adequate. Staff were very friendly. Location is excellent. Walking in & around the Old Town neighbourhood was very convenient from the hotel. Lots of f&b outlets around as well. Spoilt for choice. Thank you to Amanda, Jenny, Gigi and rest of the staff for their hospitality. Will definitely be my go to hotel the next time we're in Phuket Old Town. Highly recommended!

The On On hotel has the friendliest staff. Rooms are great. It is a perfect place to discover Phuket Old Town. Absolutely loved the hotel and would come back anytime.

Hotel review

The hotel was excellent, it looked and was different from the normal hotels I’ve stayed in which made it even better. Staff were very kind, welcoming and friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Nathan, NeNe, Philip, Alan, Nan, Mai, Penny, Pia, Tony and Fiw for their friendliness, professionalism and making this experience something to remember for future memories. We absolutely loved this property, our problem was with the area surrounding.- we geel the area was overrun w/foreign tourists, and we were not able to emerse ourselves in the local culture enough because of this.

Beautiful hotel, the photos do not even do it justice. It is so pretty that tourists stop by to take photos of the entrance, so pleased we were staying here as otherwise would of jealous of those that were! The staff were beyond helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Really cute little coffee and snack station, complimentary and lovingly presented, just like every detail in the on on. The bed was super comfy and the shower fabulous. The location is amazing for exploring the pretty streets of old Phuket.Thank you On On, wish we could have stayed longer xx

The hotel was great. Front desk was helpful and nice. Interesting complimentary desserts and tea in the lobby for guests. There hotel restaurant bar makes excellent Negroni cocktails. However, recommendations for trips and ferry that the hotel is contracted with are scams and not worth the frustration.
