The room is reasonably clean however it really needs renovations. The furniture is from the 70’s and the mattress was well used as I could feel every spring. The water in the shower did not work sometimes however the aircon was excellent. Overall for the price it was good. The owner needs to pull out his finger and get the pool fixed. As it is green and has been for nearly a year, I was in room 215 which was furthest from Bangla rd noise so it wasn’t too bad. If you are a family I wouldn’t recommend as there were some strange guests that looked like they were from Breaking Bad, mainly single men and backpackers. Went to check out and never any staff at the front desk, so just dropped my key in the box on the counter and left. Close to all shopping and restaurants in the area, but it is very hard to find from the street. Needs better signage.

Eau chaude seulement 20 à 30% du temps, parfois plus d'eau du tout... Pas de wifi dans la chambre. Aucune isolation sonore, la rue en directe. Seul le matelas et l'aircon étaient corrects.

Wir sind am 31.12.2022 in dieser Unterkunft angekommen. Einen Tag vorher hat uns das Hotel geschrieben, dass unsere Reservierung leider storniert werden muss, da sie keine Zimmer mehr frei haben. Ich habe daher mit der Hotline von Expedia telefoniert, die sehr bemüht waren, das Hotel kontaktiert haben und uns schließlich mitteilen konnten, dass alles geklärt sei und wir beruhigt anreisen können. Dem war leider nicht so. Bei unserer Ankunft im Hotel sagte die Dame an der Rezeption uns, dass wir für eine Nacht in eine andere Unterkunft müssen, da keine Zimmer frei sind. Sie brachte uns in eine Nebenstraße, wo wir in ein Guesthouse geführt wurden. Das Zimmer glich einer Katastrophe. Das Gebäude war heruntergekommen. Dreckige Bettwäsche und Handtücher, das Bad klein, dreckig und ekelhaft. Wir haben uns mit unseren eigenen Handtüchern zudecken müssen. Am nächsten Nachmittag konnten wir dann ins Panda Hotel umziehen. Das war zwar Luxus im Gegensatz zur vorherigen Unterkunft, aber definitiv den Preis von über 90€ für eine Nacht nicht wert. Expedia ist per E-Mail leider nicht erreichbar, nur telefonisch, was für mich leider ungünstig ist, da ich erst nach meiner Rückkehr nach Deutschland Kontakt aufnehmen kann. Insofern würde ich dieses Hotel keinesfalls nochmal und aktuell auch nicht mehr bei Expedia buchen.
