The property is going through construction. We werent informed of this until a few days we were about arrive, therefore, i wasnt able to cancel. There was only one pool & 1 hot tub. The hot tub was filthy, so we couldn't get in. Everything else was closed Housekeeping was supposed to come abd empty tge trash daily abd replenish the coffee and cups but never did. We had to our trash out and loon around for a place to put House keep8jg was

Property was well kept and nice. Rooms were clean and nice as well. It was under staffed and seemed you had to wait a long time before you could get service. The property was under construction which was fine and actually wasn’t noisy but since there was that I feel they under staffed where there was only one person working lobby and answering phones.

Room was nice but could tell was aging. We were informed a week before our stay facility renovating. Would have preferred knowing this prior r booking the month before. Most of the amenities were closed for this resort due to renovations. Dining, bar, room service, main pool, tennis and pickleball courts, main building, and no shuttle to old town. Our room was clean. Bed/pillows very comfortable. Quiet place to relax on our patio and at pool 2 pools were available as was very nice. Clean. Ice water and towels available. Lots of chairs and tables. Fridge in room very small. Check out size of fridge before shopping for drinks or snacks. Ice machine and filtered water placed throughout resort most worked. Grounds were clean and well kept. Staff were very nice at check in. Pool staff were friendly as well. We did have a very peaceful relaxing stay. We are looking forward to updates to rooms and will definitely stay here again.

My stay was a great experience. I had a fabulous room for a good price. The room was in a nice location and the staff didn't detract from the stay. The only issue was with certain amenities not being available because of ongoing upgrades.

Very cozy and spacious, everything we wanted to do was drivable distance. driving around the area you realize how close you are to attractions. There are towels provided in the pool areas, which is great.

Fabulous stay. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Our shower wasn’t draining properly and one phone and it was fixed immediately. Great place and I highly recommend it

This property I would recommend to everyone! Very quiet even staying next to the pool. Very spacious and comfortable. There were a lot of amenities that were under going upgrades which was a disappointment BUT it still got 5 stars

I had purchased a room with a pool view. The room we had was a view of the cement building in front of the pool. We could see about a foot of the pool from our room. Unhappy about that, but the rest of the amenities were very nice. They are currently remodeling, but did not negatively affect our stay. Quiet stay, the beds were comfortable and staff was friendly.

Even with the remodel going on , the staff was excellent, attentive, professional, and very accommodating. I will definitely return and recommend it to others.

Overall very nice Resort

They’re currently renovating things but the stay was still nice. The rooms could’ve been cleaned a little better with fresheners bit of an old carpet smell. Rooms need a major uplift with furniture and squeaky stairs hopefully they’ll be renovating this as well soon. The pool area was not clean used towels was left on the ground and chairs no one around to manage the area. Location was very nice 4 miles from the Scottsdale mall and other stores. Employees were very nice and resort landscaping was beautiful. I will be revisiting when the resort renovation is done because I know it will be even better. We didn’t get to enjoy the restaurants at the resort due to the renovation but still enjoyed the stay.

The first and only hotel where we checked in and actually left within the same hour to stay somewhere else. I booked a 2 night stay here and paid in full and unfortunately walked away with no refund at all... But the condition of the "resort" is far from what you see online. Yes, they are under construction, but the rooms are so dark, dated, and musty. I wanted to open the curtains to bring some light into the room and what I got was a layer of dust in my face as soon as the curtains moved. We were going to just stay for the one night and check out the next day and find elsewhere, but as soon as I pulled the blanket away from the bed and moved the pillow, a bug ran across the bed and that was what made us grab our bags and leave. There was no way I would feel comfortable sleeping in the bed for even the one night if I knew there would be bugs! We've stayed at many "resort type villas" over the years and this one was by far the worst one... There is no way this is a 4 star rated hotel. Again, this is my first time leaving a review like this but I want to warn others as what you see online is not what you get in person. Unfortunate we lost out on the money spent but at least we did not have any sort of bug or tick or cockroaches on us! My husband mentioned we should let the front end staff know we were leaving immediately but as all resorts and hotels are; once you've paid, there's no refunds; so what would be the point? This came across as a 1 star resort to us, not 4.
