The house, I would not recommend. It was okay. The location was great but it was poorly supplied. They didn’t even have measuring cups or spoons. There was no kettle to make tea so we just boiled water on the stove. You can tell the house has had its fair share of parties in the past, probably why there was all these loop holes to rent it. Even on the day we landed, they sent me a text at 3:00 pm telling me I didn’t sign the contract even though I did so luckily we were going for lunch and I was able to get wi-fi and was able to complete it otherwise they weren’t sending instructions on how to get into the house. The pool was nice was the some of the deck chairs were not in the best of shape, some of them broken. The space was great as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom and the neighborhood was central to a lot of things. If I was them, I would definitely have a better stocked kitchen. I could not imagine staying there long term (if I was a snow bird). They didn’t even have dish rags, just tea towels.

Great location close to everything. The pool was fantastic best we have ever had. very comfortable inside and well air conditioned.

Spring Break with family

Good house that held 4 kids, 2 adults. Clean, great pool and outside area. Quite neighborhood. House needs some maintenance work, but met our needs as a whole.
