This is a quiet residential area—no parties or events allowed. Violations may result in fines to keep the neighborhood peaceful.

Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, all must be included in the reservation due to the home’s size and need to be present. No third party bookings are accepted.


HOUSE RULES
*Children: Please note that our house is not toddler-proof. Please message us before booking to discuss your needs. (Pack and Play / High Chair are provided)
* Smoking or Vaping (tobacco or cannabis) is not allowed inside or around the property.
* Check-in window 4 pm / Check out 12 pm
* Only 4 guests max are allowed during your stay
* No parties or events are allowed
* No glitter or confetti / No photoshoots / No outside vendors
* No more than 2 cars allowed per booking. 2 to be parked in the driveway or street parking is available. * The guest who books must be present at check-in and needs to stay in the home. Unregistered guests are not allowed. Third party reservations are not permitted.
*Pool is seasonal only open from April to October.
