Booked a four-person king suite and the two people that had to sleep on the pull out couch bed were miserable. The mattress was so worn out you could feel the springs. Expedia wouldn't do anything about it and the hotel wouldn't do anything about it. I wanted to cancel my reservation and move to another hotel and they wouldn't let me. They didn't refund me any money, and they made no effort to try to make the bed more comfortable. I will never use Expedia againbecause they do not stand behind their customer and have the worst customer service.

Staff was pleasant. Air-conditioning does not work in the rooms. Several people complained. Toilets are way too low. Very difficult for older people. Furniture in the dining room needs to be updated. It’s looking shabby. Julia in the dining area was most pleasant. What a lovely employee.

The staff is great. The rooms are not very clean and very outdated. The tub in the bathroom looked like someone had walked in with their shoes and had never been cleaned.

We were treated poorly at check-in, at breakfast. Two fraudulent charges by this hotel caused us to cancel our credit card mid'trip. Their staff did not stop kids from kicking a ball against our door at 8 p.m. after calling the front desk twice. Sorry, we have nothing good to report.
