Absolutely delightful experience. I love the separate villas, especially the 2-story condo... what more could you ask for? The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, hospitable, etc. They are undergoing some construction upgrades/expansions but we literally did not hear a thing... quiet, serene, beautiful property.

Staff was friendly, the security/valet man was very informative. There is a lot of construction going on. I will not I was given a 24/7 service desk number to text and when I did during the duration of staff just ask for more hand towel because 2 Ba but only 2 hand towels was given was odd, I did not get accommodated. I even went to the front desk and was told security would bring some by and no one showed up. Other than that, stay was good.

The place is beautiful, can't wait to see how this place turns out if I give one thing that would make this place better is if they can be a little more courteous to last minute people with the prices kind of an overkill but ill still leave the five stars but amazing place by the way

Front desk staff lady was unfriendly, and rude. I was shocked they charged full price for a resort fee when they had no amenities. Everything is shut down. Worker's would start outside with at 7am, they were very loud and came into our back patio without alerting us, this was not appropriate.
