we have stayed at quite a few Hyatt places but never at one that was landing a plane with the AC/heater unit sooooo incredibly loud. It was not your typical unit its fully inside room in a massive "closet". Bed needs to be replaced (king size) cold coffee both days we stayed.

This is always my favorite place to stay when I’m in Scottsdale. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The property is nice and is conveniently located. Rooms are always nice and clean and they always have extra stuff if needed.
