Missing some critical details
Unlike the photograph, there were no couch pillows. The table in the living room is different. Some of the cookware was broken or dysfunctional including the, vegetable peeler (it was replaced), toaster and a frying pan. It would be useful to know the location within the development because the balcony was unusable since it was on the main street. No heat on cold days. The grounds were attractive. I could do without the television outside by the tennis court.
