Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.
Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the first floor, and facing the Greenbelt! Recently upgraded with tile flooring, new countertops, and cabinets. Furnished with a king size bed, your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room, including a sleeper sofa for extra room, with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!
The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. All rooms are stocked with most cooking utensils, a toaster and coffee maker, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, comfy pillows, and cozy furnishings. While at Scottsdale Park Suites, enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and Cable (HBO included).

We were first put in an alternate apt. Because the people in ours extended their stay. The new one had old furniture couch and bed. When I asked for new arrangements they gave us a new couch and bed. Apparently they are updating. There was a fun wine and cheese party. The walking path outside the back gate is great.
