I specifically booked a handicap-accessible room with a roll-in shower and even received confirmation of this request. However, upon arrival, I was assigned a so-called “accessible” room that fell far short of expectations. The bathroom had no support bars around the toilet or sink, only a single bar inside the tub, and no bar to assist with getting into the tub itself. The room door also lacked an automatic push-to-open button, meaning I could not enter without someone else’s help. These oversights made the stay extremely difficult and far from accessible. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the accommodations.

Nice hotel with poor housekeeping

Very nice hotel. All of the desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, housekeeping not so nice. I stayed there for 6 nights. They only do a complete cleaning and sheet change after 4 nights. Ok. Two days, nothing - no clean towels, bed not made. One of those days I had asked for a shower cap to replace mine that was taken the day before and to refill the conditioner bottle in the shower. They did both of those, but nothing else.

The workers were very nice. That’s the only Positive point. The room was gross and old all the linens were super old the blankets had no feathers left, practically a sewed sheet and when you raise it to the light it was all black inside. The floor I was on had quite a bit of young adults partying you could walk by another room and hear them lousy having sex the cafeteria charged me for my free breakfast like, common people what has happened?!?!?!?! The absolute worst stay I’ve ever had anywhere and will never return! It was gross, the vent didn’t work in the bathroom there water stains in the corners severe dust just on day 2 you could wipe your diner across the night stand and get have a layer of dust you could see it all over the floor I couldn’t sleep it was so bad. Oh yeh, the shower was very nice. They have a lot of work to do! But I’m sure higher ups keep all the money as to why it’s gone to 💩

Staff went above and beyond they were very attentive offered suggestions to dine I loved that they texted daily to make sure our needs were met I also loved being able to text if we needed anything overall a great stay and would stay again

Crusty room and pool

The staff was amazing. The lobby was pretty but the room was GROSS. We had a wet towel in the tub when we walked into the room. There was crusty stuff on the shower curtain and the room curtain. When I had to ask for extra towels and wash rags they sent me up pool towels and a smaller towel… and a few were dirty. It was gross and we put that to the side. When we went down to the pool it was dirty. Hair balls and trash around the pool and either toilet paper or paper towels were floating all over the pool. The couch had stains too. Again- the staff was great but the place was gross. I assumed since it was a Hilton hotel it would’ve been cleaner.

The property wasn’t on a main road so there was very little traffic. Check was fast and the staff was attentive and checked in throughout my stay to make sure everything thing was good.

The easy chair in the room was dirty and the stuffing was coming out of the seat. Otherwise, it was a good room. There were no water bottles in the room upon arrival.
