This issue was the room. The bedding was very thin, the toilet cover was broken, the alarm clock wasn't working and the hot water to shower was minimal. The walls are very thin, and you can hear everything going on in the hallway. I could even hear dogs barking during the night. The staff was good and accommodating to the issues when I notified them. I probably wouldn't choose this hotel again.

Good but could he Better

Every single staff member that I came in contact with was excellent! The hotel is in fairly decent shape, however, it needs an update and a refurbishment. A simple thing but why are there no cups in the bathroom? The carpet in the hallway’s actually smells.

My cousin and I booked this downtown Worcester hotel because we were attending a dinner theater in that hotel, so it was very convenient. They give you a pass to park in the parking garage across the street at a discounted rate. We enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Complementary coffee & tea in the lobby and a Keurig in the room—very nice to have!

The hotel was very clean and staff was nice. If you’re in town for a show, it’s a great location. Not a ton of good dining options in the immediate area, however there was an UNO’s Pizzeria attached to the hotel which was decent and had friendly bartenders.
