This hotel badly need upgrades and refurbishing. Sheets were old and discoloured. Paint from the wall is peeling off. However, the staff is excellent and did their best to make our stay comfortable. They were hard working, friendly and helpful. You get what you paid for and the price reflect the building conditions. If you want a comfortable stay , pick another hotel with a higher price point

The Gentleman at the desk was great. I understand that the building is under construction, but my room smelled horrible! Tv remote sucked. The clock in room Does not work at all. Why have it in the roon?? I believe the room was recently remodeled. Took shower.... the steam set smoke detector off!!!! Will see what is for breakfast 🤔

The room was dirty, the bathroom vent was falling off the ceiling, they also over charged me. They charged me the hotel stay then $100 then after we left they charged me another $150 I was charged $254.00 dollars for a stay the was supposed to be $154.00 Then they charged me an additional $150 I’m not even sure why I’m getting all these charges. I have photos of the room from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. We left it clean.

The property was welcoming of pets but the hotel was very noisy because of construction on the second floor which I think they should be closed completely until they're done, there also was cockaroach's in the rooms I know this because I was in three different rooms and they all had them. When I brought it to the attention of the staff they did nothing not even ask if I wanted to switch rooms however the cleaning crew was great they did there best with what they had to work with!!!!

If I had known the hotel was being renovated, I would have chosen another hotel for that price. There was no mention of it until we arrived. The fact that the fire alarms went off four times while we were there, each time while we were sleeping. Then after a busy day we were settling in to unhide and relax with a bit of television, and the power went out for a few second, but it took almost 30 minutes to get something on the TV, not good. Breakfast compared to other hotels left a lot to be desired. I am diabetic an my choice was hard boiled eggs that could have been used as stress balls. I don't eat bread, bagels, waffles, cereals, or anything there. Over all I'd say I had a not so good time. I won't be staying there again, and I won't be recommending it to anyone.
