What a gem this place is! Loved the hotel so beautiful and clean staff was super friendly. Loved the jacuzzi tub so relaxing. I give this hotel a 5 star rating because it really is the best!!!!!! We will defiantly be back!!!!!

We stayed for one night with our children and the staff was warm and welcoming. Hotel room, pool area, and gym were all clean and as expected. The ceiling to our room had the unfinished/old-time vibe which I wasn't a specific fan of, but might be OK for others. Parking was a gated lot right next to the hotel which was great as the hotel was walkable to our destinations (Crayola and State Theatre). Plenty of restaurants and shops if you walk down the main street. The coffee shop attached to the hotel opens early and has great coffee/food, but unfortunately closes around 2pm. If we ever come back to Easton we would stay here again.

Make sure you refund my pre-paid room that you cancelled on me ASAP. This hotel took my booking 2 days in advance and decided to call me at check in time THE DAY I was supposed to arrive to let me know they didn’t have a room for me. I had a reservation confirmation and even message from the hotel about the parking and looking forward to my stay. Absolutely terrible.

If you are going to advertise and list your hotel with hotels.com you need to train your staff to work with the organization. I use hotels.com all the time with chain hotels but occasionally when I stay at a smaller hotel like this there is an issue where a reservation doesn’t show up. I was treated rudely by the FOH staff and told that it was my problem that my reservation didn’t go through and that I had to call hotels.com to work it out. If you as an organization are going to contract through hotels/expedia, then you are responsible for having communication with them, not the hotel guest. After 1.25 hrs sitting in your lobby with hungry kids and a wife who was missing her appointment, your FOH staff did indeed discover that the reservation was sitting in an email inbox on a separate computer. The fact that she was rude instead of apologetic is just kind of bush league. Train your staff dude.

My stay was everything I was hoping for. Check in was done very fluidly without delay, done very proficiently. The person who did all the work was extremely knowledgeable and informative . My room was very clean, quiet and easy to go in and out . I always liked staying in older hotels , and the Grand Eastonian has that special charm and grandeur ( including service) we love about reliving those wonderful bygone days !

Wow, room was huge! It must have been an apartment/condo prior because our room had a large, full kitchen, dining area, sitting area, walk in closet, separate bedroom space w/ beautiful hardwood floors except bedroom. We used the warm, indoor pool and did have a nice gym but didn’t use. Plus cafe and free parking. Walking distance to waterfront and shopping downtown. Wish we could have stayed longer than one night.
