The gentleman who worked at the desk was awesome. We arrived late and he was very helpful! He also helped us in the morning. The rooms were very dated, unclean and rough looking! It did not match the description. The elevator was broken. The location was good for the ferry but it did not feel safe at night.

Rooms were clean but balcony was in a very poor condition. The floor was bad and the chair and tables seemed that they were not cleaned for weeks. So you go to the balcony but not sit. In addition the AC stopoed working in the night. That is ok as I dont expect service in the night. But the fan made such bad noise through the night so that could have been serviced before. Please make sure these things are taken care of for customers.
