Beautiful view, clean comfortable room. Great location with wonderful beach. Staff in restaurant and lounge were so pleasant, especially Fleur and Natasha!! The front desk staff was somewhat disappointing. They always answered my questions, but never seemed happy about it. There was a general attitude of being “bothered” by everything.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Keisha in the restaurant put a smile on my face everyday. The breakfast was incredible. That was a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel on the beach was great. The front desk staff seemed to be involved in everything! They were all knowledgeable and helpful. We were unsure about staying here, as Philipsburg gets very quiet after the cruise ships leave, but after the stay, we couldn’t be any happier with our choice to stay at the Holland House.

Very clean, very comfortable bed, beautiful view from my room, and I was able to watch the sunset daily. Loved the fact that my room had a Nespresso coffee machine, which was a perk! All around lovely and classy hotel, not to mention the restaurant was perfect. The food was delicious, and my compliments to the chef! Their food presentation was beautiful.

As you walk in, there is a WELCOME feeling and greeting! The place is well appointed (setting & decor) and the rooms are modern, fresh—extremely clean!! (THANKS TO JEAN AND ALL HOUSEKEEPING ) The bar and restaurant seem to be one of the most popular on the island. EXCELLENT food and service. EACH BARTENDER knows (remembers) all your needs and NATASHA & FLEUR deliver with style and grace. The beach is lovely with cushioned lounges and towels set up by staff for you. SHENEKA (spelling?) at the BEACH BAR is always willing to do just about anything to make your day perfect. (THANKS for the ICED TEAS!!💕)
