Welcome to villa Jasmine, a newly renovated luxury villa in the heart of Caribbean. This impressive 6 bedroom, 6 1/2 bathroom luxurious villa is located in Guana Bay, directly on Guana Bay Beach offering over 5,000 square feet of living space. The spectacular views, the back-drop of Sky, sea and the villa is absolutely stunning.

The villa has been furnished with contemporary designer furnishings from Europe and has been designed to provide all necessary amenities to please our guests.

The villa is set on one level and access to all bedrooms is within the villa. There are 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. 5 bedrooms offer king size beds and 1 bedroom offers 2 twin beds.

The air-conditioned living room is exquisitely furnished. Open the sliding windows and you will breath the natural breeze from the ocean. You can experience the fabulous views from the living, dining and kitchen..The fabulous gourmet kitchen offers exquisite granite countertops and is fully equipped with modern deluxe stainless steel appliances. In addition, the villa offers a wonderful bar area with a state-of-the-art wine cooler opening onto the covered terrace so you can make your cocktails and drinks with easy access to the terrace and pool area.

The extensive terrace area offers a private pool, an outdoor covered dining area that seats 8 persons and comfortable lounge chairs for you to soak in the sun. Perfect for BBQ as well as private reception.

In addition, you have access to your own private beach, our dedicated staff will design an private area on the beach for you.

Excellent property, we arrived to a spotless and well supplied and maintained villa. The location was private with gorgeous views and a lovely pool with good morning sun. The lanai provided excellent shade throughout the day.Most outstanding was the property management and service from the staff. The minor maintenance issues we saw were corrected immediately and we were provided with a wonderful maid.The property manager was very communicative and supportive both before and during our stay and our needs were met completely.A truely outstanding experience.

Our host Chris was amazing. He met us at the property and did a great job going over the facility. He responded extremely quickly to couple of issues, both resolved extremely well. His communication was excellent and he even checked in on us after the first day to make sure everything was great.

The villa is spacious and beautiful - the online pictures don’t do it justice! The back patio and pool have incredible ocean views, with direct access to a quiet beach. Guana Bay is a very nice, quiet area (convenient to everything yet away from the crowds). Chris was an amazing host - he greeted us, gave us a great orientation, and was extremely available and responsive when we had any questions (always getting back to us within minutes and going above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay). The daily housekeeping is a very nice added benefit. I’d definitely recommend for large families or groups traveling to the island!

Chris was the best! He was always available and oriented us to the house. Our housekeeper Lucy came everyday (Sunday off) to refresh- we had an 11 month year old so crawling over daily cleaned floors was great! We had the best time & the house truly gave our family the best situation- all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The pool overlooking the beach w/direct access is gorgeous & all the kids cld play in it at their own level plus a great lap pool too. . There are views from most rooms & all common areas. The beach is Atlantic so big waves & very walkable. Amazing trails nearby but you need to research them. We had beach seaweed but it was being cleaned when we left early December. You need a car definitely.Exploring the Caribbean beaches was great & you can reserve chairs in advance. We will return!

This is a gem a mere 6-8 minutes from downtown Phillipsburg. The house itself was enormous and perfect for our family of 9. Truly is beachfront, and the pool was perfect for our young kids when they got tired of the beach. The property manager is very friendly and responsive, the bedrooms and bathrooms are large and extremely quiet. This was a gem nestled in a nice gated community. The beach itself was steps off the back of the property, and about as private as a public beach can be. Well worth the cost and value for what you get. Would definitely recommend for larger families or multiple couples traveling together. Daily housekeeping was a nice (and needed) amenity with our large group. Don’t hesitate to book!
