BAD EXPERIENCE AT SONDER
This hotel is all about NOT doing ONE THING for their customers. The door to the hotel was locked. I rang the bell. I could see the two hotel clerks through the glass about eight feet from me. They looked at me, but would not come to the door. One was talking to a customer. The other was doing NOTHING! I finally knocked on the window and the busy one answered the door. He reluctantly let me in. There is a code in the email with the door code (I wasn't aware of it). They finally checked me in (basically, I answered an email and checked myself in). I went up to my room with the room code from the email (again, no support from the employees). The room code didn't work. I went back down to the lobby and had a new code issued. The original person reluctantly came with me. I got in. I settled in and went to log into their Wi-Fi. Their code used a horrible font so that there was no visible difference between a 1, an L, and an I. I couldn't log in. I tried to call the desk - NO PHONE DOWN THERE. I called the Marriott help desk. After 10 minutes of being on hold, I went downstairs to retrieve the correct password. I left the phone ring. After over 20 minutes of being on hold, a guy from India answered. He couldn't tell me the password. Marriott has done a HORRIBLE JOB with Sonder
