The only true complaint was the bed the sheets was not clean enough and was missing flat sheets. And so hard you can’t get a good night sleep because of how bad the mattress is. Luckily it was one night stay.

This place is inexpensive and convenient. My room had an ashtray and smelled like smoking. I was too tired to swap it. The place is bare bones, functional and safe. The staff person Rocky was lovely. There is a fridge and microwave in every room.

The hotel smelled horrible, lots of smokers, not just cigarettes either. I went to Walmart and bought my own towels and soap as well as lysol to spray everything. I would not recommend at all

I recently stayed at the Knights Inn Bristol and was thoroughly impressed. The presentation of the Deluxe Room was excellent—clean, beautifully prepared, and very welcoming. The highlight of my experience was definitely the private hot tub, which was perfectly maintained and ideal for a relaxing evening. Additionally, the hotel is located in a wonderful, highly accessible area. Because of the pristine room setup and the great location, I would absolutely select this property again for a future stay. Highly recommended!

Air conditioner was very dirty it had a foul smell. The room smelled like cigarettes and it was a nonsmoking room the smell of the cigarettes came from the room under me. The blankets had animal hair glad I brought my own blanket. Terrible stay pictures were doctored on its site.

This place gives sketchy motel vibes and is extremely dirty. I would never stay there again. Towels had stains on them and looked dirty bathroom was gross and was supposedly a non smoking room but there were burn marks on the blanket. Remote was dirty too even the walls were dirty. Worst experience ever.
