We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice. The Laurel restaurant was a real treat. Food great, our server made great suggestions. The front lobby of the Grand America was stunning. Plenty of parking. All staff were very courteous. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was wonderful, except we were there for my grandsons birthday and something happened to the pool. We were very disappointed because we all wanted to go swimming and couldn’t! Any refund or compensation would be greatly appreciated, it does cost a lot to not be able to use your amenities. This hotel is really great but for that one thing.
