Only 2 elevators for 20+ floors. No service elevators for housekeeping. We waited over 20 minutes for an elevator. Includes breakfast. But frozen waffles, pancakes, instant oatmeal weren’t great. Coffee wasn’t very good either. Also, the smell of bleach when you first walk in the doors is overwhelming and doesn’t let up. Couldn’t figure out housekeeping schedule. Came back one evening to no clean towels, unmade bed and trash bags on the bed. They were new bags, but it looked like they started in the room but didn’t finish.
