There were some items in the room that needed cleaning. Our sink was clogged and the hot water took five minutes to arrive. But the staff was very polite and courteous and we hope these issues have been addressed by the next time we stay.

I left my 150$ pillow in the room. Called a couple hours later to let them know and for a couple days they said they couldn’t find it. When they realized I wasn’t going to let it go, they miraculously found it. Picked it up last night and it’s not the same pillow. Someone swapped out my tempurpedic pillow and silk pillow case with a nasty dupe and filthy polyester cover. Beyond disappointed. Will never stay at this or any other Hyatt.
