Phil picked us up at the airport, phil was very nice, very helpful, loaded our luggage and helped getting it inside the best western premier. Alex was ready with our room key, checked us in fast, very nice and helpful. Hotel was very comfortable, clean and staff were wonderful. Thank you all.
