We liked the big bedroom with 2 queens and fold out sofa. The pool had a lot of chemicals in it. It made the kids eyes red and they wear goggles. The jacuzzi was broken. If I would have known that I would have picked a different place. The breakfast was good.

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in La Quinta and Walla Walla. The rooms were clean, as was the lobby and eating area. Breakfast was the usual cereals, bagels, muffins, scrambled eggs, sausage, bread, waffles, juices, hot tea & coffee, yogurt, almond milk and regular milk. They had helpful brochures for the area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice pool, the jacuzzi was being repaired.

Had a fun weekend in Walla Walla

Visiting Walla Walla on Labor Day weekend. Hotel is nice and clean and within minutes away from downtown Walla Walla. This Labor Day weekend we visited the well-known Dragons Gate Brewery - the brewmasters Adam and Jen have fun and relaxing place with Belgium types of beer to enjoy. Great choices and flavors. Also, we visited and enjoyed El Corazon wine bar where Spence, the owner, shared his unique and eclectic vibe and enjoyable wines in downtown Walla Walla. Love the Maple restaurant for a yummy breakfast. They have it all! And the best part of this hotel location directly across the street to Hot Mammas Expresso which is a fire fighter themed coffee bar. Great coffee and decor. Had a great weekend and enjoyed the hotel’s location and downtown and local places to visit.

I checked in on Tuesday, Aug 26, 2025, and upon entering my room, I found it unclean and not properly prepared for a guest. I immediately requested either a room change or for the current room to be cleaned. I was assured by the management that the issue would be taken care of. However, no action was taken even though we had agreed on a specific time, and no staff member followed up with me. I feel I was misled and that my request was completely disregarded. This experience has been extremely frustrating and far below the standard I expected from a Wyndham property. Cleanliness and honesty are basic expectations, and it is unacceptable that neither was met.

La Quinta Inn and Suites in Walla Walla, Wn, has to have the most amazing housekeeping staff! The common areas, as well as the rooms were sparkling clean from carpets/floors to ceilings, and everything in between! Front desk, and other employee’s were all very nice, and helpful!

Wife and children found something floating in the pool that wasn’t normal. Also the jacuzzi wasn’t operating, kind of a bummer. Elevators sounded like there was something wrong with them. Food was good staff was pleasant. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable.
