I checked in on Tuesday, Aug 26, 2025, and upon entering my room, I found it unclean and not properly prepared for a guest. I immediately requested either a room change or for the current room to be cleaned. I was assured by the management that the issue would be taken care of. However, no action was taken even though we had agreed on a specific time, and no staff member followed up with me. I feel I was misled and that my request was completely disregarded. This experience has been extremely frustrating and far below the standard I expected from a Wyndham property. Cleanliness and honesty are basic expectations, and it is unacceptable that neither was met.

La Quinta Inn and Suites in Walla Walla, Wn, has to have the most amazing housekeeping staff! The common areas, as well as the rooms were sparkling clean from carpets/floors to ceilings, and everything in between! Front desk, and other employee’s were all very nice, and helpful!

Wife and children found something floating in the pool that wasn’t normal. Also the jacuzzi wasn’t operating, kind of a bummer. Elevators sounded like there was something wrong with them. Food was good staff was pleasant. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable.

The design of the hotel is comfortable and modern. But there were a surprising number of issues around repair. A large tear in the curtain, hardware of towel hook and toilet paper roll holder coming away from the wall, a light out in our bathroom. The beds and furnishings are comfortable. The hot tub was out of order, which was a bummer, as it is one of the reasons we picked this hotel. And the lights in the pool area could light a stadium. My eyes hurt when I floated on my back, they were that bright! And there was no milk for cereal at breakfast. Surprisingly simple things to fix (maybe except for the hot tub). I'd stay again, but expect a bit more quality from such a new building.

Great Place

This is a super friendly, (pets, children, etc) were talked to by staff in a friendly welcoming way. The room was kept exceptionally clean during our stay. The breakfast included multiple good and freshly made food choices. The lobby has a bar that is open to 10:00, which allows one to imbibe footsteps away from their lodging. Overall, a very reasonably priced opportunity.

We usually stay at another property when we pass through, but this one was "on sale", so we decided to try it. It was fine. Nothing fancy. Clean, and a good size. It looked like someone had gone through the parking lot that night and bashed in a bunch of car windows. Fortunately, ours was not one of them. Don't leave anything in the cars over night!
