As part of District Flats you have access to a full exercise room cardo and free weights, executive desk workspaces, libraries, a common area internet café and a beautiful courtyard. District Flats will put you right downtown close to shops, restaurants, the courthouse and the riverfront. Stylishly and fully furnished. This nicely decorated studio-style apartment has a full kitchen, dining area, recliner, large-screen TV, queen-sized bed, nice sized bathroom, closet and a huge glass-door shower! Highly recommend.

The building was very nice with great parking, the building was secure & clean. The condo has beautiful upgrades with all the amenities you need for your stay. This condo felt like a home away from home. I definitely recommend!
