Unsure if all rooms are remodeled, but ours was and we will call it the BEST Best Western we've stayed in, by far!! We traveled with our two large dogs and they had plenty of room to move around in the King room. If ever again in the area for a trip, we will absolutely stay here!!

This facility was extremely clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the swan towel that was made on the bed with the remote and mints!! Have stayed at a lot of places this is in the top ten!! Great job!!

Booked a room with a king bed. On arrival was told I booked an accessible room (I didn't) and they had no king rooms only twin queens. Appears that Hotels.com will book you into any room to clear their inventory. Very disappointed in Hotels.com
