This was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The reviews and photos were misleading. The room was extremely unclean, and I had to request to change rooms twice before ultimately checking out after just one night of what was supposed to be a week-long business trip. The management was unprofessional, unhelpful, and showed little regard for customer satisfaction. I plan to write a detailed review with photos and evidence, as I feel misled and overcharged for my stay. I strongly advise against considering this hotel.

We arrived earlier. The check in was scheduled at 3pm but the room was ready before. The building is not new but the minimum maintenance in the rooms is impeccable. I suggest that there be more attention in the halls of the hotel when it comes to cleanliness. In summary, my stay was pleasant.

The hotel hallway smells horrible in special second floor ( dog urine ) dirty elevator and bathroom by the front desk missing toilet papers, urine on the floor. Front desk messed and disorganized with employee seating on furniture. Guests waiting room by the front desk dirty with leftover food on floor and old furniture with holes. Rooms messed with trash under the beds, bathroom missing clean. Definitely not recommended this location.

Our fridge was leaking water. It got all over the food. We told the staff and all they did was bring towels to cover the floor. They said they were gonna send someone to fix it or replace the fridge and no 1 ever came. We stayed a full week and no 1 came.
